Electric Oven

A Tunnel shaped Oven, specifically designed for baking flat and pita Breads. The unique baking method, gives the pastry the exact baking time needed while granting the pastry a lovely coloring. 

Spiral Cooling

This Conveyor system is built in a spiral shaped track, designed for granting the pastry the exact cooling time while leading it to the desired packing or picking place.

Flatting Machines

A set of two dedicated machines for flattening dough.  Each machine has two arms adjusted for pita breads size and thickness. The Machines are able to flatten the dough evenly.

Basket Proofer

A First proofing Chamber Conveyor System for the first dough rising cycle. The Purpose of the conveyor is to let the dough rest motionless on the conveyor, which improves it’s quality.

The Company specializes in unique Mass-Production systems that can produce up to 20,000 pastries per hour, with minimum human attendance required. The development is personally adjusted and custom tailored to meet client’s demands and requirements.
